    Discovery & architecture

    Short, senior-led discovery producing an architecture decision record, a delivery plan and an honest estimate — including what we recommend you not build.

  2. Stage 02

    Foundation sprint

    Pipeline, environments, security gates and a walking skeleton in production-like infrastructure before feature development starts. This is where DevSecOps is established, not retrofitted.

  3. Stage 03

    Iterative delivery

    Two-week increments from the Bengaluru team with UK/Germany architectural ownership. Working software every sprint, demoed against acceptance criteria you defined.

  4. Stage 04

    Hardening & transition

    Performance, security and failure-mode testing; operational runbooks; and structured handover to your team or into a Crest sustained-engineering arrangement.
